MS DNB D' ORTH FCPS

Joint Replacement, Spine & Complex Fractures & PolyTrauma
Over 25 years of practise.
Both surgical and conservative – treatment of injury and disease conditions of the musculoskeletal system, including muscle, ligaments, tendons, and joints. I provide advanced care of the spine, shoulder, elbow, hand and wrist, hip, knee foot and ankle.
Joint replacement surgery is one of the surgeries in orthopaedics which gives mobility to the person & gets him / her back to his / her pre-injury / pre-disease status. Commonly done joint replacement surgeries are for hip, knee, shoulder, elbow & ankle. I have successfully performed approx. 1200 joint replacement surgeries including hip & knee in past 18 years.
There are the commonest constituents of an orthopaedic surgeons practice. They can occur following:

These are basically young athletic individuals who have sustained injuries to their muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones during sport activities.
They are tackled with all modern principles & minimally invasive care & key whole procedures by arthroscopy.
They can either be congenital (since birth) or developmental eg. Spine scoliosis or following fractures or Metabolic: eg rickets.
